24/7 Crisis Call

As a TRUM client, Naturecrazi has access to their 24-Hour Crisis Call service, which provides access to a dedicated Operations Centre for direct communication with doctors, nurses and security professionals in the event of a crisis situation involving our clients.

This Operations Centre provides the coordination of an integrated network of emergency medical, security and incident management specialists who cohesively and seamlessly manage multiple resources and responses to ensure the best potential outcome of any incident.

In the unlikely event of our clients being involved in an incident, the 24-Hour Crisis Call Operations Centre will respond to:

• Emergency medical incidents
• Personal injuries / fatalities
• Accidents (motor vehicle, quad-bikes, boating etc.)
• Assaults and Robberies
• Natural disasters (Flood, fire etc.).
